The skiing area 'Les Quatre Vallées' has a lot of different kind of slopes to offer. Both the beginning and the advanced skier will find slopes that they like. The area is divided in two parts which are connected with each other, namely Printze (Nendaz, Veysonnaz & Thyon) with ca. 220 km. and Televerbier (Verbier, Bruson & La Tzoumaz) with ca. 195 km. of slopes. Together they for Les Quatre Vallées with well 412 km. of slopes.
The Mont Fort is the biggest mountain in the area. From a height of 3330 meters you can ski down for 2530 meters, via a 15 km. long slope. This is one of the longest and most beautiful slopes in the Alpes. In the summer one can go to the glacier. In villages like the sunny Verbier and the authentic Veysonnaz you'll find a lively après-ski.
In total there is 20 km. of cross-country ski loipes. Near Thyon there is an interesting loipe at a height of 2000 meters. Around the lake of Champex-Lac there is an illuminated loipe.
