"Ski-universe", "The place to be if you're skiing", "The powder snow paradise". Only some descriptions for a ski area with 600 kilomtres of pistes and more than 200 ski-lifts. Because of the high altitude (up to 3200 meters) the area is very snow-certain. The largest cable railway in the world goes is situated here, which takes you directly from Courchevel to the 2738 metres high Le Saulire. Here you'll mostly find red and black descents.
The different villages in the Trois Vallées offer an appropriate accomodation for every budget, from the mundane Courchevel to the small-scale, quiet La Tania.
In the funpark there are half-pipes and quarter-pipes for snowboarders and there are plenty of possibilities for off-piste skiing.
In Les Menuires, Courchevel and Méribel lie loipes for different levels of skill. These villages are also great for people that like to walk.
